Terms of Service.

Luckereum is the first launchpad turning coins into jackpots on Ethereum. These terms cover your use of the luckereum.fun website and app (the “Interface”). By using the Interface you accept them. The rules of the launchpad itself live in its smart contracts, explained in the docs.
1. What Luckereum is
The Interface is a website that helps you read and use a set of open-source smart contracts deployed on Ethereum mainnet: a launchpad, a jackpot and a Uniswap v4 hook. With them anyone can launch a coin paired with ETH or with another supported asset, trade it on its bonding curve and later on Uniswap, and take part in the coin's jackpot draws.
The contracts are verified, immutable and run on their own. Every launch, trade, draw and payout is an Ethereum transaction that you sign with your own wallet. The Interface never holds your funds or your keys and cannot move them.
2. Who can use it
- You must be of legal age where you live, and allowed to use crypto assets and games of chance there.
- You may not use Luckereum where it is prohibited, if you are subject to sanctions, or on behalf of someone who is.
- Some pairs are assets issued by third parties (for example stablecoins or tokenized stocks and ETFs). They come with their issuer's own terms and eligibility rules, which apply to you when you hold or use them.
3. Your wallet, your responsibility
You connect your own wallet and you sign every transaction yourself. Keep your keys and recovery phrase safe: nobody, including us, can recover them or reverse a confirmed transaction. Check the details your wallet shows before signing, and keep some ETH for network gas.
4. Launching and trading coins
- Coins are launched by their creators, not by Luckereum. Names, tickers, images, descriptions and links are provided by creators and stored publicly; we don't endorse them.
- Every coin has a fixed supply minted once, no owner, no mint function and no transfer tax. Each trade pays 1.5% of its value, in the coin's pair: 1% to the coin's pot, 0.25% to its creator and 0.25% to the protocol, as set in the contracts.
- Prices move with supply and demand. Slippage settings and quotes shown by the Interface are estimates; the contract executes the trade at the price it computes when your transaction is mined.
- We may hide a coin from the Interface's lists (for example to remove abusive content). It stays on-chain and tradable.
5. Jackpots and draws
A buy of at least a coin's minimum ticket made through Luckereum is a ticket in the coin's current round, weighted by what it spent. Tickets win only if their wallet still holds the coin it bought (selling or sending any of it voids them). Winners are picked by Chainlink VRF, a verifiable source of randomness, and prizes are paid in the coin's pair. The exact rules (games, rounds, retries, payouts) are the ones written in the contracts and described in the docs.
Jackpots are games of chance: a ticket gives you odds, never a guaranteed prize. Play for fun, with amounts you are comfortable with.
6. No advice, no promises
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Coins launched here are community tokens with no backing and no promised value. Market caps, prices, pots and odds shown on the Interface are informational and may be delayed. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes they create.
7. Fair use
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- break the law, infringe someone's rights, or publish hateful, illegal or misleading content;
- impersonate a person, brand or project, or launch coins designed to deceive;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Interface or its services.
8. Things to know
- Crypto assets are volatile. Memecoins especially can lose most or all of their value.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. Luckereum's are open source, verified, immutable and tested on Ethereum mainnet forks; you can read them before you play.
- Luckereum relies on Ethereum, Uniswap v4 and Chainlink VRF. Assets used as pairs are controlled by their own issuers, who may pause or restrict them; that only affects the coins paired with that asset.
- Network congestion can make transactions slow or expensive.
9. The Interface and the brand
The Luckereum name, logo, mascot and the design of the Interface belong to the Luckereum team. The smart contracts are open source under their own license. Coin content belongs to its creators.
10. As is
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Luckereum team is not liable for losses arising from your use of the Interface or the smart contracts, including trading losses, lost prizes, wallet compromise, network failures or third-party assets. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law permits.
11. Changes
We may update the Interface and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the Interface after a change means you accept it. Changes to the terms never change the smart contracts, which are immutable.
