Privacy Policy.
Last updated October 3, 2026
Luckereum is built to need as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no emails, no passwords and no ad trackers. You use the app with your own wallet, and that's it. This policy explains the little data involved when you use luckereum.fun (the “Interface”).
In short
- We don't ask for your name, email or any identity document.
- We don't sell data and we don't run advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Your activity on Luckereum is on the Ethereum blockchain, which is public by design.
1. Public blockchain data
When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your public address to show your balances, tickets, prizes and coins. Launches, trades, tickets, draws and payouts are Ethereum transactions: they are public, permanent and visible to anyone through block explorers. The Interface indexes this public data to display it. We can't change or delete anything recorded on-chain.
2. What creators publish
When you launch a coin, its name, ticker, image, description and links are published openly so the coin can be displayed anywhere, including on decentralized storage (IPFS). Don't include personal information you don't want to be public; it may not be possible to remove it later.
3. Technical data
Like any website, the servers that deliver the Interface receive standard technical information with each request (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested). It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems, kept only as long as needed for that, and is not used to profile you.
4. On your device
The Interface stores a few preferences in your browser (for example your view choice or slippage setting) and your wallet connection state. They stay on your device, are not used for tracking, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
5. Services you interact with
Using Luckereum also involves services that have their own privacy policies: your wallet app, the Ethereum network and its nodes, Uniswap, Chainlink, public market-data sources for prices, and the explorers or charts you open from the Interface. Assets used as pairs are issued by third parties whose own rules apply when you hold them. We encourage you to read their policies.
6. Your choices
- You can use the Interface without connecting a wallet to browse coins, pots and winners.
- You can disconnect your wallet at any time and clear the site's data in your browser.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data we hold (access, correction, deletion). Since we don't keep accounts, there is usually nothing tied to your identity; contact us if you have a request.
7. Age
Luckereum is not intended for minors, and we don't knowingly collect information about them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the Interface evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version.
